  12. I've a call to new that fails.  I've checked and there is plenty of memory
  13. available for the call.  I have cout statements before and after the call,
  14. and another in the classes CTOR, and I don't see the output from the CTOR.
  15.  This is a DOS based product, so I can't debug it.  Help!  Why would the
  16. new fail?
